Sam joined the team after gaining considerable experience advising on complex due diligence and resource consent matters at two national law firms.
Being a part of both our Resource Management and Property teams, Sam advises on a comprehensive range of matters including strategic planning, new development proposals including the resource consenting process, residential, rural and commercial property transactions.
Sam also undertakes complex due diligence investigations and advises on district plan matters including the review process.
Sam’s breadth of experience allows him to take both a balanced and measured approach to resolving legal issues. Sam is thorough but is also known for his pragmatic, straightforward approach to the law.
Sam is based in our Christchurch office.
