With over 14 years’ experience in national firms, Nadine is an experienced property and commercial Lawyer, specialising in property acquisitions and disposals, subdivisions, development projects, commercial leasing and unit titles.
Acting on the sale of a notable mountain bike park and surrounding land to the Department of Conservation, Nadine has a depth of experience and knowledge in sales and purchases of businesses (including liquidations) as well as commercial matters.
As a trustee of the Sumner Ferrymead Foundation, Nadine enjoys working collaboratively with clients to find pragmatic solutions. Her composed nature means she quickly builds a rapport with clients to deliver personalised advice and support.
Nadine is based in our Christchurch office.
