Richard is a property law expert, with a particular focus on commercial property and Public Works Act matters (including land acquisitions and compensation claims).
Richard advises both corporate and private clients on all aspects of their property portfolios including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, commercial leasing, subdivisions and due diligence investigations. In addition, Richard represents land owners affected by land acquisitions under the Public Works Act.
Richard is a trusted advisor to his clients. He enjoys working closely with his clients to achieve pragmatic and value adding solutions.
