After many years in the industry, Kit is an invaluable asset to the team.
He specialises in issues related to Crown land, conservation, Land Information New Zealand, and public works.
Some highlights of his career include representing Landcorp at all Ngāi Tahu Waitangi Tribunal claims and successfully defending Landcorp before the High Court on Māori claims.
As one of the few accredited suppliers to Land Information New Zealand, Kit has detailed knowledge of the historical legislation and common law rules relating to land.
Kit is based in our Christchurch office.
