Olivia takes a fresh and innovative approach to complex transactions and issues, starting with a clear understanding of our clients’ businesses.
Olivia works across corporate, commercial and agribusiness matters, regularly advising a wide range of clients on business and farm sales, acquisitions, mergers, restructures, and complex family ownership arrangements. Her clients operate across various sectors, including information technology, construction and infrastructure services, from closely held businesses through to large corporates.
Olivia is an expert in commercial and corporate law and her specialty is in providing clear, concise and straight-forward legal advice. This, coupled with her calm communication style, has allowed her to build strong collaborative relationships and to deliver results in the face of seemingly opposing points of view.
