Matt's personable approach to commercial law is valued by his clients and he is well regarded as a trusted advisor.
Matt is an integral part of our Commercial team, having initially joined Tavendale and Partners as a summer clerk.
He is experienced in a wide range of commercial and agribusiness matters with a particular focus on business and farm sales/acquisitions, mergers, forming joint ventures, banking and finance, commercial leasing, construction contracts, and irrigation.
Matt enjoys working as part of a team to deliver a high standard of service, enabling our clients to achieve successful results.
Matt is based in our Christchurch and Ashburton offices.
