Ellen is a highly skilled and experienced commercial lawyer with many years’ experience working in national and international firms, in a range of corporate and commercial areas.
Ellen regularly advises on business sales and purchases, joint ventures, limited partnerships, company restructuring and capital raising, shareholder arrangements and provides advice on commercial contracts.
She has a strong commercial focus and ensures first and foremost she understands each client’s business and commercial goals. Working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, Ellen aims to achieve top results without over complicating matters. She works across a range of industries, including the private and public sector.
Ellen is based in our Christchurch office.
