In our commercial team, Abbie specialises in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements and capital raising.
Abbie understands that each client has their own legal and commercial objectives and makes sure that the solutions that she provides are bespoke to that client. Abbie’s approach is to keep matters simple whilst delivering the best result possible for her clients.
For the past 6 years, Abbie worked in-house for a corporate advisory firm in London providing businesses with legal advice to assist them in their growth.
Abbie is based in our Christchurch office.
