Lucy is a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys finding pragmatic and effective solutions for her clients.
As a Senior Associate, Lucy has experience across a number of areas of law with particular expertise in commercial property. Lucy has worked extensively in green fields subdivision, managing some of the Tasman region’s most significant developments. With expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing, Lucy supervises the residential property team in the Nelson office. Lucy has also developed a strong commercial practice, advising on sales and acquisitions, business structuring and compliance matters. A people person by nature, Lucy enjoys building strong relationships with her clients to best serve their needs.
A graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, Lucy returned to her hometown of Nelson to commence practice with Isherwood Le Gros in January 2019, prior to the firm merging with Tavendale and Partners in 2023. Lucy has enjoyed reconnecting with the Nelson community and serves on the steering committee for local charity Make/Shift Spaces Incorporated.
Lucy is based in our Nelson Office.
