Laurie joined TP’s Nelson office in 2023, after starting her legal career in Auckland.
Laurie brings a wide range of dispute resolution experience to our Nelson office. She has specialist expertise in employment law, advising both employers and employees on how to achieve the best outcome from a dispute. Laurie has represented clients in employment investigations and mediations. She can advise on employment agreements, workplace policies and restructures to ensure compliance with current law. Laurie’s broader experience includes drafting and interpreting contracts, and resolving disputes that may arise.
Laurie’s background in policy and trade negotiations means she approaches issues with a strategic lens. She enjoys helping clients to navigate complex situations and cut through to the key issues to find pragmatic solutions.
Laurie is based in our Nelson office.
