We act for and against trustees, executors and for beneficiaries of trusts and estates.

Our areas of experience include Family Protection Act claims against estates, challenges to the validity of a Will, claims against trustees, disputes between beneficiaries and vesting of trust property.
Commercial and business

Our experience spans a wide range of commercial areas including partnership and shareholder disputes, property disputes, sharemilking disputes, construction, insurance and insolvency.

We can assist in recovering debts and have successfully obtained orders from the High Court to sell debtor’s property.

We also provide advice to businesses on their obligations under the Privacy Act.
