Emma is an efficient and capable lawyer who specialises in Relationship Property.
Emma advises and acts on all aspects of relationship property issues including: drafting and providing advice on Contracting Out Agreements, negotiating relationship property disputes and drafting Separation Agreements. She also acts in more complicated situations involving trusts, companies and claims on estates. If clients are unable to reach agreement by negotiation, Emma is an effective advocate, both in mediation and court.
Emma’s clients are often going through a very difficult and emotional time of their lives and she has a calm and competent presence while helping them work to a resolution that allows them to move forward.
Emma is based in our Christchurch office.
