Sara Jamieson

Sara leads our litigation and employment teams. She is an experienced advocate who is comfortable in the courtroom, having started out her career as a Crown Prosecutor.
Following the 2011 earthquake Sara worked for the Canterbury Earthquakes Royal Commission as a legal advisor and worked on the investigation into the collapse of the CTV building.
Sara has resolved disputes for our clients in a wide range of areas, including relationship property, trust and estate litigation, neighbour disputes, breach of contract, negligence and insolvency. She is also a trusted advisor for employer clients and has appeared in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.
Sara prides herself on being approachable and practical, and will work alongside clients to solve problems in the best way for them or their business.
Sara is based in our Christchurch office and is currently on parental leave
