Andre is passionate about providing concise, practical advice and assisting clients in resolving disputes commercially and efficiently.
Andre has appeared both solo and as junior counsel in the High Court, the District Court, and various tribunals including the Building Disputes Tribunal. He has also assisted clients at arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to joining Tavendale and Partners, Andre worked for a large national law firm for three years where his experience included advising some of New Zealand’s most high-profile charitable trusts.
Andre is based in our Christchurch office.
