Jared has a wealth of civil litigation experience, spanning across a range of dispute areas from debt recovery and liquidations, lease and contracting disputes, tenancy issues and sharemilking disputes.
Jared began his career working in Chambers acting for various homeowners in earthquake-related disputes.
Jared regularly appears in the District and High Courts for his clients, and he has also appeared before various tribunals. He also provides employment law advice and representation, particularly when raising and defending personal grievance claims.
Jared is professional, efficient and pragmatic. Cutting to the heart of an issue to resolve disputes for his clients is his favourite part to the job.
Jared is based in our Christchurch office.
