With cross-industry experience in operational, project management and administrative roles, Sophie brings a fresh perspective to the behind-the-scenes running of a law firm.

Sophie ensures that our TP team have the tools and environment needed to provide the best possible client service. Always looking for solutions, her pragmatic approach is an asset to our ever-growing firm.

On a day-to-day basis Sophie works across IT, office management, HR, marketing, health and safety, compliance, business continuity and process improvement. In addition to keeping our Client Centres, infrastructure and support staff humming, Sophie’s focus is on driving projects and initiatives that move TP forward.

Sophie is based in our Christchurch office and is regularly in Ashburton and Nelson.
